I saw in the 2nd screenshot that there was a "stress" indicator and I always wondered how smartwatches and stuff like that quantivy stress? Is that stress = body stress = exercise?
Personal trainers, especially post covid, turned into much more remote and not in person at the gym. I literally had one personal trainer which I never met. This is a great tool!

I have been using this app for 4 months and the experience is really good. It has many features that are not available in the Apple Watch Workout, especially its body enegry function, which solves my anxiety about over-exercise.
