Every day, millions — if not billions — of people click “I Agree” without reading a single word. I’ll admit, I was one of those people. But recently, I started to look more closely at what actually happens to my data, and it made me realise how little most of us really know.
We’ve all heard the saying, “If a product is free, you’re the product.” That idea made me stop and think: what data of mine is being collected, what is being sold, and how did we all become so used to clicking “Agree” at the first opportunity without even thinking about it?
That’s why I created this platform. We have plenty of websites that tell us what a company does, but I’ve rarely seen one if anything isn't many that clearly explains what a company does with our data. One thing I’ve learned is that privacy policies are often long, complex, and deliberately difficult to understand. The companies that write them have entire legal teams — most people have nothing.
This platform is about changing that. It’s a community-driven space that puts power back into the hands of people. Each person can contribute, helping others understand how their data is used, so that when we choose to use a service or a company, we can do so knowing what is being collected, where it goes, and how it’s being used
Now the only thing i'm asking i really want this being a community and would love some feedback and even if anyone doesnt see value in this, would still love your input in anything that i can have to improve it, i really want this to be something that bring value to people, right now its in Beta so we do expect some bugs or improvements to be made to the platform.
