A much better (and less creepy) use case for this concept of reputation aggregation is @blinkrapp where drivers are rated for their performance on the road, which is for the most part an objective endeavor. Rating people is mostly a subjective endeavor and could lead to all sorts of problems.
I would not outright reject this idea. Somehow, there has to be a better way to take control over your data, control on what users say, and targeting a niche rather than allowing anyone with a phone to get reviewed.
