I really love this idea! I pay my rent through a service my property management uses called PayLease, and they offer an opt-in to report your payments. Is this the same as that? Would it double-dip, so to speak, if I opted in with them and signed up for Pinch? Does it report my entire history with my current property or just from the date of sign up? Looking forward to hearing more!

Drives me nuts that paying your rent on time for years doesn't factor into your credit score. Makes no sense. Good on you for taking this on. There was another service that did this for a while and flopped a couple years ago. Can't remember the name. Hopefully you guys figure out how to make it work

We're lucky to not have invented rental reporting - it's taken 10 years since the invention for it to become integrated into the major credit scores and all 3 bureaus, I don't know if we could have lasted that long waiting for it to be impactful :) But today it makes a big difference, and so we're the first company making a free offering all three bureaus, and we're the only company doing it from your phone.

I'll definitely have to try this out. I've been paying rent on time for years, and always wondered why it would never be reported to my credit report >_< btw - your site is missing a meta page title, so it just shows a url in the browser tab, and you're probably missing out on some SEO keywords.
