Rentpost has helped my team a lot in terms of how we coordinate maintenance and communicate with tenants. The online portal makes it super easy for tenants to pay rent and submit requests, which has noticeably boosted satisfaction and cut down on manual follow-ups. Just one feedback, they need to ensure the tenant portal could be a bit more intuitive in design. And I heard they are working on it, so all good :)

RentPost seriously takes the stress out of lease renewals. It’s one of those property management software tools that just gets it. I get plenty of heads-up, signing stuff is quick and smooth, and I don’t have to chase down paperwork or guess what’s next. Yeah, sometimes a reminder shows up a little late, but it’s still way better than the old way. Definitely hanging onto this one.
