Hey Product Hunt 👋 Sometimes handling CI/CD workflows files can be difficult, especially when the source becomes very long or it's composed of a lot of jobs/steps. PipelineUI allows you to view pipelines through a visual editor, with the possibility of also being able to modify them. It comes with some integrations with GitHub API that allows to search for existing repositories (currently only public repositories), otherwise you can create one from scratch while authenticated. I started to work on PipelineUI as a side project for the SolidJS 2024 hackathon. It's built mainly with SolidStart, a full-stack framework which is amazing! It’s a great tool but the question is how customizable is it for complex workflows, and does it support all GitHub Actions features?
