I'm Andy, and I built POGO because I couldn't find a jump program that was actually structured, useful, and fun to stick with.
I'm 5'11" and have always wanted to dunk. After years of digging through fluff, I finally dialed in a real approach and went from a 28" to a 34" vertical in 3 months. I just got my first dunk two days ago.
So I turned that system into an app.
POGO is a 12-week phase-based vertical jump program (Foundation β Power β Peak) with in-app workouts, progress tracking, and Sparky, an AI coach that answers training questions and builds custom workouts. There's also a full coach mode for trainers who are tired of managing athletes through spreadsheets.
