Hey Guys! Pim here, I'm one of the 3 people who created PokeMatch. Here's a little bit of a backstory. We started on PokeMatch about a week ago and built it in 2 days (Using react native). We launched being the 'first' pokemon dating app, and quickly went viral on Reddit, which got us our first few thousand users. https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemon...
Fast forward about a week, we've matched more than 10 thousand people and have about 8k DaUs from all over the world. Not just for dates - we also added the ability to search for just friends and for teammates. It's kind of surreal. Since then, we've pushed updates (and are pushing updates), but the app is still very much being updated. We just needed to ship quickly so that people could start using it. We're now live on iOS and Android.
We were recently featured in forbes:

And on TV:

I'll be around to answer any questions. Will probably be asleep from midnight-7AM PST but then back at it.
Ask away!
Also - Apologies for the screenies that contain the yellow warnings. We were trying to move really fast :-) Here is a good example of what the app actually looks like: https://youtu.be/QCiLKgDxNeQ?t=38s
Here are some better screenies to use:
