Disclosure: I'm part of the saas.group team behind Beekast, so obviously biased, but I've watched this one go from a research bet to production and it's worth saying why it's not just "add AI chat to product."
What's different: Pollen doesn't just generate slides, it builds the actual interactive session (activities, structure, timing) and it can improve a session you already have, not just create from scratch. That second part came out of real trainer feedback and is already one of the most-used features.

We really wanted to build something that didn't feel like a simple quiz generator. Our customers and users made it clear: they needed something that could work with them and their existing material. Pollen can create a session with a prompt, but it can also use existing content and can even learn the trainer's habits and preferences if they ask it to!
It will help you choose the right Beekast activities that best fit your goals and audience. Better yet, it explains and justifies its recommendations, which helps users understand Pollen's choices and adapt every aspect of the session they need.
This makes Pollen a true assistant. Not just a content generator. I'm so excited to see it in our users' hands finally!

the "under a minute" turnaround from a deck to a full interactive session is the interesting part - question is how it handles a group that's clearly at a different skill level than the source material assumed. if I drop in a PDF written for beginners but the actual room is mixed-experience, does the facilitator get any signal to adjust on the fly, or is the session structure locked once it's generated?
@galdayan Great question! You can actually continue editing it with Pollen. Pollen creates a session, but it can also improve or modify existing sessions in Beekast. Using your example: you drop in a PDF written for beginners, but the actual room is mixed-experience; ask Pollen to adapt the session to the audience. It may ask follow-up questions to grasp their level, and then generate an updated version of the session with the right activities and content. Everything Pollen does is fully editable, so you can tweak anything you'd like, and Pollen stays with you every step of the way so it doesn't just disappear after the first generated content.
