Not made specifically for pranks, but the concept reminds me of a bunch of recent novelty websites such as Ship Your Enemies Glitter, Dicks by Mail, and I Poop You.
Cute idea, though this makes me sad: "Please do not eat the toast, we do not know what happens it or where it goes during delivery but it could become contaminated."
