Hey everyone! 👋 I built Posture+ after realizing most posture tools only detect bad posture in the moment — but don’t actually understand how posture degrades over time. In reality, slouching is gradual. It builds with fatigue, and eventually becomes your “normal.” So instead of a simple detection system, I built a temporal model that tracks posture stability over time using something I call the Posture Stability Index (PSI). It combines deviation, drift, recovery, and consistency — so it can detect chronic slouching that traditional systems miss. This project also turned into a full research exploration around persistence-aware posture modeling, which was a really fun challenge.
