Cool, I love the idea! And I say this from the perspective of a developer working on a somewhat similar product - I'm building an app that lets teammates say "thanks" easily by sending a pizza 🍕
It's a fun and simple way to encourage more frequent appreciation between colleagues. And now, looking at your concept, it feels like a perfect opportunity for collaboration - people could send kudos through my app and then collect them in your jar for future reference 😀
