We work only with printing companies across the US, Canada and Australia so everything is built around how print shops actually run job specs, proofing, variable pricing, reorders.
Have you considered adding a customer-facing reorder portal where clients can pull up past jobs and reorder with one click, but with the option to tweak specs like paper stock or quantity before submitting. Print buyers repeat orders constantly, and making that frictionless could really cut down on your customers front desk calls.

Finally a print platform that gets how job specs and reorders actually work, not some generic template bolted on. Nice that it bundles the lead gen too.
