PrivacyKit was created with one simple goal: make cybersecurity and privacy tools accessible to everyone.
In today's digital world, people constantly face threats such as data breaches, weak passwords, online tracking, phishing attacks, and identity theft. Unfortunately, many security tools are either too complicated, expensive, or require users to sacrifice their privacy in exchange for protection.
We believe security should never come at the cost of privacy.
That's why PrivacyKit provides free, easy-to-use cybersecurity tools that help individuals understand and improve their online security without requiring accounts, subscriptions, or unnecessary personal information.

Tried the password checker out of curiosity and it ran everything right in the browser without any prompts. Nice to see a tool that actually respects the privacy angle instead of just talking about it.

love that there's no signup nonsense. one thing that would make this even better is adding a password generator right alongside the strength checker, so people can immediately create something strong instead of just seeing their current one is weak.

Love that everything runs client-side, super refreshing. One idea: add a bulk password audit where you can paste a list locally and get a summary report of weak or reused ones without uploading anything.

Love that everything runs client-side with no login required, that level of respect for user privacy in a security tool is genuinely refreshing and not something you see often enough.
