Regarding your question about the AI, PRIZO uses AI to automatically recognize where the customer is from, their gender, and approximate age, and then tailor a game that fits their profile for the best possible user experience. On top of that, all the games can be customized intelligently using AI, making it super easy for store owners to edit and personalize them.
As for what makes PRIZO stand out, the key difference is when the gamification happens. We place the game after the purchase, not during checkout. If the game appears before or during checkout, customers tend to use the coupon immediately and move on, which doesn’t help with long-term retention.
By placing the game post-purchase, we turn the reward into a moment of excitement, customers feel like they earned their prize, not just received a discount. This small shift makes a big difference in building loyalty and repeat purchases.

By placing gamification after the purchase, rather than during checkout, we make sure customers engage in a way that feels like a reward for their action, rather than a step they have to complete. In addition to the game, the customer receives three reminder emails encouraging them to use their prize, or alternatively, share it with a friend or family member. This way, we not only ensure a rewarding user experience, but also support long-term customer retention and naturally expand our customer base without any additional advertising.
Our AI engine helps keep the experience fresh over time by adapting each game to the customer’s location, age, and gender, and by allowing store owners to easily update and customize games based on what works best for their audience. This combination ensures the experience remains engaging, unique, and fun, encouraging customers to come back again and again without feeling repetitive or artificial.
