Prodeus lets you turn the time you spend learning online into a data driven degree, helping you stay on top of your learning goals and progress in your career.
This is awesome!! I'm an indie maker building https://thecodex.me/ it would be interesting for our students to be able to track their time learning via Prodeus.
@thesameerk Hey Sameer thanks for reaching out. We'd love to work with The Codex to facilitate time tracking on your platform. Lets discuss more!

This is so cool and user friendly! I love that someone who is devoted to learning as much as possible about their craft can reap the benefit of time spent gaining that additional knowledge. Game changeer
@misty_jenneiahn Thanks for the support Misty! Glad you dig the concept.

I love this product! Thank you for creating something so intuitive and easy to use. I love the idea of learning from YouTube (so many great instructors to learn from) for free. With COVID especially, it's easy to see how something like Prodeus is necessary. Digital learning has been implemented across platforms but the idea of learning from something as accessible as YouTube and tracking your time via a chrome extension is revolutionary. Thank you, James. Looking forward to spreading the word. Good luck.
@grahammarlitt Thats amazing to hear! We tried to build our platform so that it fit in with already existing behaviors. Since we all already use Youtube to learn, it just makes sense.

Such an amazing idea! The effectiveness of learning is a subjective matter, and from my own experience, a video can be more productive of my time than the traditional class plus textbook (not to mention cost). And what better way to introduce this than using a video-sharing platform we are all extremely familiar with! Great work, James!
@kyle_ramos Thanks for the feedback Kyle! Higher education leaves too many people in debt without necessarily giving them the best tools to learn. Hoping Prodeus can fill in the gaps.

This is a great concept. People spend countless hours on Youtube and have easy access to it. You're in control of how many classes and difficulty of classes and also not constrained by cost of tuition. This sounds like a great learning platform for people with beginner, intermediate and advance skills. Would love to see the progress of Prodeus
I love how simply brute force this is to tackle self-directed education using existing content on YouTube, giving people a way to track their own efforts via a Chrome extension.
Even better: if you watch at 2x speed, you get full credit for the content, so your progress isn't measured by time spent alone, but on content consumed!
