Most fitness apps are built for the widest possible audience.
This one is not.
It’s for lifters who already know what they’re doing and just want to:
1. track sets, reps, and weight
2. visualize progress over time
3. remove everything that doesn’t support overload
Think “Notes app + charts,” built specifically for strength training.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built this after abandoning fitness apps entirely and tracking workouts in Apple Notes.
The problem wasn’t missing features—it was too many of them.
This app is deliberately narrow:
* no programs
* no recommendations
* no social features
Just logging and visualizing Progressive Overload.
I’d love feedback from lifters who’ve felt existing apps were more distracting than helpful.
