Sounds great! We're pre-launch so our AI visibility is probably close to zero right now, but setting this up early so we can track it from day one makes a lot of sense. How often do the visibility scores update, and do you see big swings between model updates?
@ben_gend Hey Ben! That's actually the best time to set it up honestly, having that day-one baseline is gold when you start comparing later.
Scores update daily since we run daily scans. AI results move around way more than regular search, so you'll want that kind of frequency to catch what's actually happening.
And yeah, model updates can definitely cause swings. We've seen cases where a brand shows up in most AI responses one week, then drops significantly after an update without changing anything on their end. That's kind of the whole reason we built this, so you catch those shifts before they become a problem.
Being pre-launch is actually a great spot to be in for this. Way easier to build with AI visibility in mind from the start than to fix it later. Keep me posted on how things look once you're live!
can someone tell me if this works for non saas brands too? like ecommerce?

I have been using Prompt Zero for my saas product ( aidiagrammaker.com ) for couple of weeks now and found it extremely useful. The UX is clean, intuitive, and feels professional.
I was able to find out my competitors and understand where their citations are coming from. That insight alone helped me rethink and refine my content strategy around AEO.
One feature I’d love to see in the future is built-in suggestions for content ideas and recommended distribution channels based on those insights.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Prompt Zero to anyone looking to track and improve their AEO performance.

ran it on a few competitors too. some of them dont show up at all in chatgpt even though they rank #1 on google. crazy
