honestly looks like a solid all-in-one dashboard, would love to see a tenant-facing mobile app or portal where they can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and view lease docs without needing to call me every time
Thank you for the feedback We completely agree — a tenant-facing portal/mobile app would make the platform much more powerful.
Tenants could easily pay rent, submit maintenance requests, view lease documents, and receive updates without constant back-and-forth with the landlord.
This would improve the tenant experience while helping property managers save time and manage operations more efficiently. We’ll definitely consider this as an important part of building a complete property management solution.

Tenant-facing chat or in-app messaging would be huge, since right now everything seems to live on the landlord side. Letting tenants send lease questions, report issues, or upload docs directly through PropertyFlow would save a lot of email back and forth.
Thank you for the suggestion! We completely agree — an in-app tenant messaging system would add a lot of value to PropertyFlow.
Allowing tenants to ask lease questions, report issues, share documents, and communicate directly through the platform would reduce email follow-ups and make the entire process smoother for both tenants and property managers.
This is a great feature to consider for creating a more connected and complete property management experience.

Tenant self-service would be huge here, letting renters submit maintenance tickets, view their lease, and pay rent through a simple portal instead of going through the landlord every time. Would cut down on a lot of back-and-forth and make the whole experience smoother for everyone involved.
Thank you for the feedback We completely agree — a tenant self-service portal would be a game-changing addition for PropertyFlow.
The goal is to make property management easier for everyone by giving tenants the ability to handle common tasks themselves, like paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, viewing lease documents, and receiving updates — without unnecessary calls or emails.
This not only saves property managers valuable time but also creates a smoother and more professional experience for tenants. We’d love to explore this feature further and build a complete solution that covers both property managers and tenants.

Would love to see a tenant-facing portal where renters can submit maintenance tickets, view lease details, and pay rent directly without needing to bug the landlord. Would cut down on a ton of back-and-forth and make the whole platform feel more complete.
Absolutely, this is a great idea and something that can add a lot of value to the platform.
A tenant self-service portal can make the entire rental experience much smoother by allowing tenants to submit maintenance requests, view lease information, access documents, and pay rent online without depending on the landlord for every small update.
It not only improves tenant satisfaction but also helps property managers save time, reduce repetitive communication, and manage everything from one centralized system.
We can definitely include this as part of the platform roadmap and build a complete tenant experience that makes the software more powerful and competitive.

the role-based access thing is genuinely smart, a lot of property tools throw everything at every user and it gets messy fast. clean execution honestly
Thank you for the feedback! We completely agree — proper role-based access is essential for keeping a property management platform organized and easy to use.
Every user should have access to only the features and information they actually need, which helps reduce confusion, improve security, and create a smoother workflow.
We focused on making the experience clean and intuitive so property owners, managers, staff, and tenants can each have the right tools without unnecessary complexity.
