Pulse is a wearable built for people who’d rather test than guess. It tracks sleep, energy, and habits; then helps you run experiments to see what actually makes a difference. No generic advice. No subscriptions.

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Cos.
We built Pulse because we were tired of health trackers that guilt you for rest days, show nice charts but no clear next steps, and charge monthly just to unlock basic features.
After over a year of building, we’re now in the final 100 meters before launch, and we’re beyond excited to share what we’ve created!
What makes Pulse different?
One of the features we’re most proud of is the Experiment Lab - a space where you can test how your body responds to habits like screen time before bed, coffee after 2pm, cold showers in the morning, and more.
Pulse isn’t just another dashboard.... it’s a feedback loop.
No subscriptions. No generic advice. Just tools that work with your body, not against it.
Excited to hear what you think!
@cos_hunt love it, super interested to dig in more!

Congrats on launching Pulse! Love the experiment-driven approach and no-subscription model. Does that mean i can setup an experiment to see like,, what actually effects my sleeping quality between two days??
Hi @joey_zhu1 exactly! the experiment could be related to caffeine vs sleep, late night meetings vs sleep, screentime vs sleep, or anything else! pulse has an experiment engine that allows you to setup any experiment relating to your habits and track how they impact your sleep, energy, and other vitals!
Have followed this project from the beginning. The wearable tech space is so massive now especially with data driven studies around fitness and performance and the pulse seem to be on the cutting edge. My order is on the way and I can't wait to try it.
@greg_scott2 Really appreciate your support Greg! Thank you!
Looking good 👀 How accurate will the tracking be compared to high-end smartwatches like those from Samsung or Apple? Comparable or better?
@groovin_pict Hey! We've done considerable benchmarking against the likes of Apple, Oura, Samsung, etc. No device is 100% accurate ever compared to the gold standard medical heart monitors, but they're good enough for general day to day informative use. Our benchmarks have consistently scored in line with Apple Watch / Oura ring / Garmins etc.
The Experiment Lab sounds really unique! Do you have any examples of surprising experiment results you discovered from your own testing? Thanks!
@tankevan Yes! I personally have been testing screentime vs sleep for some weeks now. I found out that reading on my phone before bed doesn't effect my sleep too much, but watching Youtube certainly does! That experiment has led me to reading books + blogs before sleeping instead of doomscrolling on TikTok/YT Shorts!
Pulse finally here! Can't wait to receive mine. My only question is... Will Pulse introduce optional premium features, even if there are no subscriptions?
I like that this is product for people who are curious and don't want some boss to tell them what's good for them regardless of context.
Since it's not subscription based how will you fund ongoing costs? Will the plan be to release newer models with better capability?
