Reviewers say Puzzle makes startup accounting far easier to understand and manage, especially for founders without deep finance experience. Congrats @sasha_orloff and team on the launch. We've been using Puzzle for a few months and love all the key founder friendly features. It highlights all the metrics startups need upfront and trims out all the painful admin with bookkeeping. Some favorites are the powerful auto-categorization of expenses, the simple email summary of money-in and money-out is extremely helpful, MRR/ARR views, and the multiple views of burn. The burn feature is super valuable for founders and that alone is worth the signup. As background, when I setup the account to test, I DM'd Sasha on Twitter. He replied and setup calls with us and their team to help learn about how we have been using the platform. So not only is it a tool for founders but - Puzzle is practicing what they preach as a startup. 10/10 recommend and I'm hopeful Puzzle can unseat Quickbooks over the next 5 years

I just started using Puzzle last month and it's really quite good. I'm moving over from Bench. When I expressed interest in Puzzle, Luke Frye, their CX head, reached out and personally answered questions and helped me onboard. Now, I get to see an always up-to-date Runway Run Rate, which in this economy, is quite helpful 😅

The ability to automatically and instantaneously see key startups metrics is - shockingly - a game changer. Prior to Puzzle, to see this data, founders would likely need to hire an expensive CFO or bookkeeper/accountant and have them report this data - not in real-time - to you. We live in a world that moves much faster. Accurate financial data at your fingertips is a critical component of intelligent founder decision-making.

Finally, a beautiful accounting software that made organizing, categorizing, and financial planning less of a pain. I used to have a QuickBooks account for each of my businesses. It was clunky, but I didn't know we have better options until Puzzle. My favorite feature is the clear visualization of runway, plus the onboarding support from a startup CPA. He got my questions clarified swiftly. The CX itself made the product worth trying. I have enabled their AI autopilot, which helps flagging new transactions that they haven't seen before, and I can just reply with the category over email. Haven't used that enough to know whether it's useful or gimmicky. I have hopes!

There’s a ton to like about Puzzle, but perhaps nothing greater than how it becomes an instant decoder ring for your financials. Founders don’t have to time to learn how to reconcile a cash flow statement to an income statement. Puzzle makes what should be immediately obvious, obvious: “how much cash did I take in, how much went out, and where did it go?” The way we present key financial metrics and the tools we use to assemble them needed a kick in the pants, and Puzzle just delivered.

We <3 Puzzle and the Puzzle team so much - it's truly been a godsend. Easy to use, integrates with what we need it do, and provides a super simple snapshot of the key metrics we need both internally and for our investors. Having both cash basis and accruals in one tool is going to save us significant time. Highly recommend.

Instead of chasing messy spreadsheets and scattered info, everything landed in one place and just made sense we could see our financial picture clearly, stay on budget, and handle taxes without the usual panic. The dashboards actually helped us track where our money was going, and the automated reports meant we spent way less time on boring admin and more on growing our project. @sasha_orloff and team Puzzle 🧩 is such a power boost for founders - especially those of us commercial founders with non-existent accounting expertise 😅 Nothing makes me happier than seeing revenue roll in - but that would quickly disappear when I'd remember the excess tabs of spreadsheets waiting for me to close books at the end of the month 🤯 The ability to understand my metrics and real-time financial health at a glance - as well as share that with investors, auditors, or our team internally - is quite literally a game-changer. 🚀 Founders, this ones for us!!!

Love what Puzzle is doing and who they're doing it for (me!). Being a founder is hard enough, let alone having to navigate all the accounting, taxation, compliance, etc. needs as the biz starts and expands. Puzzle gets this exactly right. One thing we know for sure is the future isn't archaic accounting software, because you shouldn't need to master complex workflows & have to hire a team of bookkeepers and accountants just to gain any value from your financials. The future is real-time, automated, and more like a copilot for helping to run the most critical parts of a business. Puzzle is built for that from day one.

Former Quickbooks/Pilot customer here. Wish Puzzle had existed back then! Real time reporting/insights with this level of traceability is an absolute game changer for startups. I have just reviewed but already have a nice impression of it. Firstly, it is really hard to navigate in the Fin regulations, taxes, reports etc. without significant experience and this tool will make the life easier. Secondly, thank you for a intuitive interface for the beginners - the is MVP for such software.

This is awesome! Congrats on the launch @sasha_orloff. We spent so much time in the early days of Pinwheel trying to get our financial statements togethers for fundraises and tried for so long to build a real-time tracker for metrics like burn and runway. Puzzle solves such a core need for early stage startups!
