@alexisvos Hey Alexis - apologies - totally missed this query. Yes, our print teams have rigorous testing procedures to ensure the customer gets what they want. As with all these things, there's always the potential for mistakes (and I admit that we've made them in the past!), but we always rectify the issue as quickly as possible if that happens.
