It is surprising that despite being one of the oldest and most important jobs to run a company, Recruitment involves a lot of manual work still. Automation is desperately needed in this space.

Reczee looks like a welcome change! ๐ As someone who has struggled with clumsy recruitment tools for years. ๐ I personally struggled with Keka, BambooHR, Notion, Spreadsheets, Homerun and Greenhouse as an Engineering leader. Reczee's features are exactly what I have been lacking on previous ATS systems.ย AI-powered workflow looks to be quite seamless.
What caught my eye is how you've kept things simple while packing in all the essential features. Having battled overly complex ATS systems, this looks like it makes sense for once!
