We didn't find a tool for frustration-led growth... so we built one!
Ever notice how the most valuable customer feedback isn't always about YOUR product? Sometimes it's about your COMPETITORS'.
We built Reechee because we were tired of two things:
1️⃣ The "spray and pray" cold outreach epidemic filling our inboxes with irrelevant pitches. (We've all been there...)
2️⃣ The missed opportunity when someone publicly says "I'm frustrated with Product X" and nobody from competing solutions reaches out with a timely, relevant alternative.
Reechee monitors review platforms for negative feedback about your competitors and alerts you when it matters most. You'll know exactly who's unhappy, what they're struggling with, and have perfect timing to start a conversation.
This isn't just about winning competitive deals (though that's nice too). It's about shifting the entire SaaS industry toward solving real user problems rather than shouting features into the void.

This seems so awesome! Turning competitor pain into a growth lever is such an underrated move. How do you make sure the alerts are actually useful and not spam?

@lakshya_singh We use a multi-factor approach to filter signals - analyzing both rating thresholds and sentiment in the review text. Quality over quantity - we'd rather send you 5 high-intent leads than 50 questionable ones.

@jopie Thanks, Joep! We currently monitor G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, and SourceForge. Adding niche platforms like Shopify or CRM app marketplaces is on our roadmap - if there are specific ones you'd find valuable, I'd love to hear which ones (helps us prioritize).
