I built RefearnZ because I lived the exact pain job seekers and referrers face every day. My career started because a close friend went out of his way to refer me. It changed my life—but when I finally landed the job, we discovered I had accidentally missed entering his referral code during submission. Just like that, his hard-earned reward vanished into a corporate black hole. That gut-wrenching moment opened my eyes to how fundamentally broken referral hiring is. It is plagued by a complete lack of transparency, zero tracking, and no recognition for the true connectors. I saw brilliant talent getting filtered out simply because they didn't have a direct insider connection, even when a mutual contact could easily have bridged the gap. RefearnZ was born out of that frustration. I evolved our approach from a basic tracking tool into a multi-hop, cross-organizational platform. We ensure that every single connector who helps open a door gets rewarded, making sure no good deed or career-changing connection goes unnoticed again.
