We’re excited to introduce Reflexio Mood Tracker – your daily companion for mental wellness 📖🌿
In today’s busy life, emotions can get lost between tasks and notifications. That’s where Reflexio comes in — to help you pause, reflect, and care for your inner world.
✨ What Reflexio lets you do:
Track your mood every day — Happy, Neutral, Bad, or Awful — and see how things change over time.
Receive one daily question that prompts reflection about relationships, self-care, emotions, wellness, and more.
Keep a private diary secured with fingerprint or PIN to capture thoughts, feelings, personal moments.
Use word clouds to see what you write most, helping you understand patterns in your thinking.
Set reminders so you don’t forget to check in with yourself.
Choose beautiful themes to set the mood — Night Sky, Pacific Forest, Choco Autumn, etc.
Reflexio isn’t just about counting how you feel — it’s about understanding why you feel that way, helping with anxiety, supporting mental health, and encouraging awareness and growth.
We believe mental wellness is a journey, not a destination. Reflexio is here to walk that journey with you. We’d love to hear how you use it, what features help most, and what you’d like next. Thanks for checking it out! 💚

We often overlook our emotional day-to-day; everything else gets priority. Reflexio reminds us—pause, reflect, notice. This can be transformative. The private diary + reflection prompts feel like having a caring coach in your phone, whispering: “how are you really?”. With consistency, you’ll start recognizing patterns — maybe certain relationships or habits affect mood more than you thought. I hope users find this not just an app but a companion that walks with them through highs and lows. Really well done.

This is such a beautiful tool. Tracking moods every day — happy, neutral, bad, or awful — gives people a chance to understand themselves better. I especially love that Reflexio includes reflections and journaling; often, what matters isn’t just how you feel but why. And fingerprint or PIN locking gives privacy, which is so important when dealing with emotions. I believe this can really help someone see patterns over time — when they feel low, what kind of thoughts came before, etc. Kudos to the makers for creating something gentle but powerful.

I’ve been exploring what Reflexio offers, and I’m impressed. Daily reflection questions are a smart way to prompt introspection without overwhelming the user. The word clouds to see recurring themes in one’s writing — fantastic idea, because those insights are often hidden until you aggregate. Themes like “Night Sky” or “Choco Autumn” add a touch of personalization that encourages regular use. Also, reminders so you don’t skip check-ins — consistency is key for wellness tools. Hoping to see more analytics in future versions (e.g. correlation between mood & reflection topics), but already this is a strong foundation.

I’m the kind of person who forgets how they felt yesterday — Reflexio might just fix that for me. Having a little mood tracker + private diary in my pocket sounds very soothing. I like that the UI offers different themes, because sometimes I want something calm-looking, other times something more vibrant. Also the fingerprint lock = peace of mind. I’m excited to try those daily reflection questions; maybe they’ll help me uncover something I didn’t realize. Nice work, team!

Reflexio is a thoughtful entry into the mental wellness space. I appreciate how it balances simplicity with depth: basic mood options, journaling, analytics like mood history and word clouds. These features together encourage habit formation, reflection, and emotional awareness. As makers, I imagine scaling and polish will be the next leaps — perhaps multi-language support, richer insights, or integration with wellbeing APIs or wearables. Overall, this is something many will turn to daily, and I’m rooting for its growth.
