We needed to write 2,000+ VC bios in 3 hours. Relay was the only solution - and it worked amazingly. Here’s the workflow we built 👇 1️⃣ Pull LinkedIn data - we already had each VC’s profile URL 2️⃣ Extract key fields - VC name, firm name, location, board memberships, education, etc. 3️⃣ Add external context - ran a Google search step for each VC and parsed the top results to find extra details like fund size, notable investments, focus areas, average check size, etc. 4️⃣ Combine & summarize — we took these 10–15 structured data points and fed them into a custom prompt Voila.

I don't have a coding background, but with Relay.app it doesn't matter. I have full freedom to build whatever I like, process is super easy and intuitive. CEO Jacob also reached out to discuss what I'm building and interested in. Intuitive flow, accessible support, lots of integrations. Great product.

Easiest to start and set-up, excellent support and wide range of tutorials on the youtube page for inspiration. The integrations list is growing and this makes it valuable for an enterprise setting too.

What needs improvement

I've used Relay from the early days and got to say it's an absolutely beautiful product for recurring processes like: - onboarding new people - sharing all-hands slides - ensuring smooth sales to CS handoffs Also, Jacob and the team are extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Cost and ease of use. It does not charge higher fees for connecting to enterprise systems like Salesforce. Most other tools charge more for connecting to "enterprise" systems like Netsuite or Salesforce.

My team and I have just started using Relay. So far we have very few workflows automated but seeing how easy it is to use and the many implementations it has we will definitely add more automations. Customer service is also great and eager to learn from how we use the tool.
