Hey PH 👋 I co-founded a delivery startup a few years back, made it to the YC final round, didn't get in, eventually wound it down. Since then I've shipped a bunch of side projects — most recently mycallie.app, a calorie tracker. Same lesson every time: building was never the hard part. The wall was always getting anyone to notice the thing existed. So I started trying to make video ads without paying for a creator or agency, since I couldn't afford either. The surprise was that realism mattered way less than I expected. What actually moved the needle was volume — being able to generate 30-40 variations and test them, instead of betting on one polished video a month. That's the idea reloop is built around: treat creative as a testing problem, not a production problem. Would genuinely love feedback, especially on where cheap high-volume creative starts hurting a brand instead of helping. Still figuring out that line myself.
