Just recently a study came out that says most startup founders don't sleep at night, the main reason is thinking about market strategy and so on. Personally, I sometimes don't sleep because I can't cope with the operating issues during the day. Sometimes just the feeling of anxiety and unfulfilled work - do not let me relax. Sometimes I just get out of bed in the middle of the night and go do urgent tasks - I don't know any other way to make my brain relax. Finally an AI that understands my weird sleep schedule! 😴 Been using Remy for a week and it's like having a sleep coach who doesn't judge me for my 3am Netflix binges. Wow, for founders especially, this feels like a game-changer. We often sacrifice sleep for work, but it’s such a dangerous trade-off with long-term consequences. Burnout, poor decision-making, and bla-bla-bla - all that creep up way too quickly when sleep isn’t a priority.
