RESILIENT.CLUB: 9/10 entrepreneurs fail. We are building a club for the 9.

Hello 👋 my name is Naren Krishna. I was an entrepreneur who has built an HR Tech startup right out of university, have scaled it for six years, but ultimately failed. A business idea/company might fail because of multiple reasons but I strongly believe that the entrepreneur just gets more resilient 🥊 In the last few months I have met a lot of entrepreneurs in my network who have had to shut down their startups due to COVID-19 & multiple other reasons and are going through the same phase as I did. Some of them are also folks whom I have known from university days and close friends. 😞 Meeting them & sharing these experiences and seeking help has been very helpful, assuring that I was not alone and gave me a lot of strength 💪 A lot of these ex-entrepreneurs wouldn’t be in a situation to start a company immediately but would want to be a part of a startup that would still give them a platform to nurture their entrepreneur abilities and use their knowledge to help any of the fast growing startups before they can build their risk appetite again or become financially stable. Some of them would be looking for a bail out option in the form of acquihires. To a lot of my other entrepreneur friends it’s certainly not been easy and tiresome.I have been trying my best to help them through my network and lot of them are still looking for opportunities. That's when the idea of starting “RESILIENT.CLUB" has occurred. Wouldn’t it be great to build an invite only self help community where we help some of these best ex-entrepreneurs/struggling entrepreneurs connect with great startups that truly believe in hiring entrepreneurs as leaders, share & learn from experiences, support each other or maybe help them find their next co-founders? BOOM! 9 out of 10 entrepreneurs fail. We are building a community for the 9. We are building a community of resilient founders. I'm sure there are lot of makers on PH who would be going through the same. Let's get together 💪 💪 PS : This is a community initiative and not a paid membership.
