I'm looking forward to trying out Resubscribe. I saw the demo and it works so much better than just a plain old survey. The AI intelligently asks questions relevant to the individual user and the answers the provide. Fantastic.

WOW, this solves the dreaded post cancelation user survey. There is not a lot a incentive for users to fill out these surveys this interactive option will be very helpful for the founders to understand the pain points in a more concise manner.
