@oliviajanemitchell Great question. Beyond taking industry standard security measures (encrypted connections, secure servers and limiting access keys) we simply don't ask the user for that much data. We're asking about their reasons for not converting or churning, but we aren't asking for any PII (personally identifiable information). Our customers share a user ID with us so they can link the data back on their side.

This looks super interesting! How exactly does the contextually-aware questioning work in Resubscribe? 🤔 I'm curious about how it integrates with existing mobile and web platforms, too. Would love to know more about the localization aspect and whether it supports multiple languages for diverse user bases. It sounds like a great tool to enhance user understanding, especially with the track record you mentioned! Kudos to @shashank_sanjay and the team for this launch!

@shashank_sanjay @zanereed596 Thanks for the great questions! The AI is set up to dig into what the user was looking for, and it acts differently based on the situation (i.e. conversion vs churn). We have 7 separate SDKs that cover the vast majority of situations, including Android, iOS, React Native, and React. We support localization out of the box with no additional effort required!
