Hey everyone! I built resumebuilder because every time I needed to update my resume, it was the same pattern: sign up, fill in your details, and only then find out it's paid or the download button is locked behind a paywall. That felt backwards to me, You give a website your information first, and only afterward learn whether it's actually useful to you. So I built something simple instead: no sign-up, no account, no paywall. Pick from 9 free templates, fill in a form, watch your resume update live, and export a polished PDF free, always. I'll be upfront: I'm still learning, and this project has bugs and rough edges. That's exactly why I made it open source (link in the description) and I'd genuinely love for more experienced developers to join in, point out what's broken, or help me make it better. I'm not pretending this is perfect, I just wanted something honest to exist, and I'd rather build it in the open with people who know more than I do. Would love feedback and if anyone wants to contribute, the repo's open and I'll happily review PRs.

Adding the ability to tailor your resume for a specific job description would be a huge time saver, something like pasting the job listing and getting keyword suggestions or content tweaks based on it. Would make this tool stand out even more from the other resume builders out there.

@satanuurscfq If I'm reading this right, you're saying users should be able to paste in a job listing and have the tool guide them toward the best wording and keywords for that specific role, which honestly sounds like something worth building. If you have any other suggestions along these lines, feel free to share them, and I'll get started on this one and update you here as soon as it's done.
