We started out using Vapi for outbound lead qualification. It worked okay for small call volumes, but as soon as we scaled past 2,000 calls a month, the cracks showed latency, inconsistent tone, and frequent errors. Moving to Retell AI was the best decision we’ve made in customer engagement. The voice agents sound so natural that customers often ask which rep they spoke to, not realizing it was AI. Onboarding was smooth, integrations were ready-made, and the reporting dashboard gave us real visibility into agent performance. Retell just feels like it was built for production scale, while competitors felt like prototypes.

Great UX and UI. The app looks solid and fundtional. Pricing model is not that great. There is the free option with cost per minute and the entreprice pricing is custom which doesnt really serve good for a mid size usage.
