Simple tools, don't need to be crappy. This is brings everything teams need to run a structure review/retro without time consuming prep. Love it!

As a non-engineer in a software company I have learned so much from my engineering colleagues, and the value of creating the opportunity to talk about what we can change to improve is so important.
