Your idea is interesting but needs more work, for example, pricing info is missing, which is a major issue, also privacy policy and terms of service are kind of basics and you just link back to the homepage now, I'd look at other similar tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk, they make this clear from the start, are you planning to add integrations with email providers? that'd be super useful, all the best
@alfaengineer Thanks for your honest feedback—I really appreciate it. I didn’t include pricing info initially because the tool is currently free, and I wanted to get user reactions before deciding on subscription costs and spend time on its implementation. I mentioned this in my first comment.
As for the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, I thought a simple approach would suffice for now, especially since it's an MVP product. I added that we delete all user data when an account is deleted, thinking that would be enough. I’ll definitely take a closer look at how other tools handle these documents—thanks for the suggestion
As for integrations with email providers, we don't have them yet, but we're definitely open to exploring that if users request it. Thanks again for the insights
This sounds impressive, @roman_klimov! But I'm curious, what specific metrics do you use to determine business importance in the email analysis? Also, any plans for integrations with other platforms or tools?

Great concept. Congratulations
and all the very best!
The AI's ability to break down and prioritize emails based on business importance is impressive. Highly recommend for any business drowning in support emails! 🚀

I'm surprised that the founder, with such an impressive background, missed the critical importance of a clear privacy policy and terms of service for early-stage products, what's even more concerning is the lack of pricing info which is a huge turn-off for potential users, that's something you should fix immediately, good luck on your venture
@docoperations23 Thanks for your honest feedback—I really appreciate it. I didn’t include pricing info initially because the tool is currently free, and I wanted to get user reactions before deciding on subscription costs and spend time on its implementation. I mentioned this in my first comment. I now realize it was a mistake not to include planned pricing on the landing page. As for privacy policy and terms of service I initially thought a simple approach would suffice for the MVP, so I added that we delete all user data when an account is deleted, thinking that would be enough. I know the issue of trust is a weak point right now, and I admit I didn’t fully understand how having these documents could build trust, so I skipped them for now. But now I realize that skipping those documents was a mistake since many people really wanted to see them.

So we're talking about automating support emails and breaking them down into manageable pieces, huh, sounds cool but what happens when the AI misreads an important email, do you have a manual override, also any updates on the pricing, might be helpful for the early adopters

Your concept is cool so far, but without clear pricing info and proper help pages, it's hard to fully trust it, fix those and maybe I'll consider trying it out ✌️
