Intresting approach for converting PQLs, just want to understand why would someone consider using this product instead of just scheduling a call using calendly or phone call. I could be wrong so would love to know how much this product is helping companies convert.
@rohit_sai Hey, thanks for your comment! We discovered that oureach to PQLs is oftentimes an (automated) email, and the qualified-to-demo conversion is not good at all. Why score and qualify really well if you’re just sending everyone another email.
So instead, we let leads book with you, in your app, at their own convenience

Qualifying leads can be a pain (in the butt) sometimes. And I agree, sooo many AI generated emails (and not only)...

Congratulations on your launch! Interesting product, Elin! It's great to see a solution that focuses on turning great users into happy customers. What inspired you to create Ripe, and how did you go about identifying the problem you wanted to solve?
@cata We started this company based on the idea that it was nuts how everyone would ask some of their best leads to fill out a long form (many times despite already being a user of the product). These people should be fast-tracked. The right data is what makes that experience possible so we became a data-heavy app.
I’ve also worked in sales-led SaaS companies and so it felt like a huge win-win to improve the user ux while also giving salespeople higher engagement rates and less busy work. They work so hard so if they can focus their effort on people who want their help everybody wins!
