Great question. Usually, it's when sales know that the user fits their ideal customer profile and are active in your platform. So they qualify both via product signals and business fit (people like to call this Product Qualified Users / Accounts). Perhaps they are also showing signs that they are having adoption across an organization, perhaps they've invite their colleagues to the workspace, used your product for X days straight or checked your enterprise pricing page!
