You’re right about signal quality. Most hiring funnels reward visibility and keyword alignment, not actual ownership inside strong teams. That disconnect is what led us to build Rise92 differently.
We start with track record and trusted networks. The people we work with are usually already contributing inside strong product, engineering, or operations teams. So, validation comes from outcomes and peer credibility before any introduction is made.
We also keep it focused. One or two strong, high-context introductions instead of a stack of resumes. And because we stay involved through hosted employment and PeopleOps, accountability does not end at the intro.
