One of its main features is its ability to track my time usage and identify when I'm having to many distractors or when I'm working too much or too little. This insight has been invaluable for improving my efficiency. Furthermore, Rize helps me with the daily logging required by my company. I can easily go back and recall what I did on a specific day, categorize tasks by different projects or clients, and even add more detailed notes about my work. It keeps me organized and ensures accurate record-keeping. I've been a user for several years now and have renewed my subscription multiple times. I genuinely didn't expect it to be this impactful, the software is a little on the high price for chilean economy, but it truly has transformed how I manage my time and tasks. I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering Rize. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Macgill and the Rize team for their responsiveness and exceptional support that has been a key factor in me remaining a loyal user for years. I never knew just by playing Waterfall sound and seeing how bad or good you are at focusing could boost your productivity. I had a hard time dealing with repetitive work. But seeing the analytics of how I work throughout my focus time makes me want to work event more :) I like that Rize could identify what app I opened and classify it as Productivity, Meeting, or Social. It's so cool to see that the first time. Overall I think Rize is more than just a tracker but also a silent motivator with their analytics and score.

Background music or silence provided. Allows granular tracking of whatever you're doing on your computer. Not really for monitoring employees imo, which as a freelancer, I really like. I want to know where my time is going without feeling like Big Brother is watching me. Rize feels like a friend, not a supervisor. This felt like an MVP where the absence of features was appreciated, and the features present were really appreciated. I got this on an AppSumo lifetime because it sounded like a great idea. I can't believe what a good value I'm getting out of it. Happy to be a fan of your work! Keep making the world better for us : )

Amazing app that does everything automatically! I'm finally getting a true insight into my working and task switching habits and I especially love being able to see which times of day I focus best so I can start to build my work priorities around those. It takes a little while to update when you change activity categories etc. so it's hard to see things reflected instantly (leave it for a while or close it and reopen) but it does work. And I'd like slightly more granular control over some of the categorising (maybe it's there and I just need to learn the product better). There have also been a few times when it's struggled to open. But I'd tried RescueTime and it had worked great for me a few years ago but they've removed some key features, like tracking tasks by hours so you can see when you're most productive. So I've switched to Rize now. After the free Rize trial, I paid for a full year's subscription because I missed it as soon as the trial was over.

It's been great. Especially helpful for me are the pomodoro timer (flexible, so you can use other time-blocking methods), urge surfing and website blocking feature, and the built-in lo-fi music for focus work. Really nice tool! Been using for a year or more now.

It's been awesome to get more awareness of how I spend my time. Trying to manually track time always caused me too much mental friction because I switch between tasks too often, and I forget, so it usually isn't even accurate. Definitely worth the money for me

It's one of the best apps if you like your day to be productive. One feature I like most is Start focus time - which helps me set background music. This one feature alone has made my day very effective. If you have dreams about achieving something in life, this must-have app.
