Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Aaron, the founder of Roolify.
Building forms in Webflow is a beautiful experience—until a client asks for conditional visibility or smart email routing. Suddenly, you're stuck writing brittle custom JavaScript that breaks when a class name changes, or you're forced to use heavy third-party embeds that ruin your native design system and tank page speed.
I built Roolify to fix this.
Roolify is a Data Client app that adds visual IF-THEN logic directly to your native Webflow forms.
How it works:
Connects via OAuth in 30 seconds
Automatically detects your existing form fields
Visual builder to create show/hide rules and nested conditions
Smart routing to send submissions to different teams based on form data
There are no embeds to style and no scripts to maintain. You keep your pixel-perfect Webflow designs, and Roolify handles the logic layer in the background.
We have a generous free tier to get you started. For the PH community, we’re also offering 20% off our Pro and Agency plans for your first 3 months with the code PRODUCTHUNT20.
I'll be hanging out in the comments all day. I'd love to hear your feedback or answer any questions you have about the architecture!

@aaron_townsend2 Nice launch Congrats 🙌Can Roolify trigger webhooks to external endpoints (like a CRM or database) based on specific conditional paths chosen by the visitor?

@priya_kushwaha1 thank you! 🙏 We don't handle external webhooks directly. Roolify acts as a data client to manage the conditional logic and UI on the form itself. Once the user submits, you can just use Zapier to catch that native Webflow submission and route the specific data paths to your CRM

@aaron_townsend2 Makes sense. Thanks for explaining the workflow 🙌

@priya_kushwaha1 Roolify does offer conditional routing so you can send submissions to any email based on user input.
