Much needed initiative by Bhanuka Harischandra AKA Bhanoob to streamline recruitment process of business establishments in SL and around the world. Rooster addresses pain points of both parties who are involved; job seekers and recruiters. While job seekers get much needed visibility of the recruitment process, at the same time the recruiters task become hassle - free as they do not have to worry about going back and forth digging up emails of applicants. Above all, the software is FREE until next year if I'm not mistaken, so signing up is pretty much a no brainer.

Great product 👌 hoping that there'll be a feature in the future where candidates can create profiles for themselves, through which companies can select them too, like a feature to be added on a personal blog.
