Hi everyone - I’m Emrah, founder of RouteBot 👋
After years building software for real transport and fleet operators, I kept seeing the same issue everywhere: route planning and daily transport operations are still incredibly manual, fragmented, and stressful — especially for school and staff transport.
RouteBot was built to remove that operational chaos. You can upload hundreds or thousands of passengers, distribute them into optimal routes in seconds, track vehicles in real time, and automatically notify passengers or parents via SMS.
It’s designed for real-world operations where plans change at the last minute — for example when large overtime or shift lists arrive shortly before departure. RouteBot can quickly recompute and rebalance routes without rebuilding everything from scratch.
We also provide mobile apps for drivers and passengers, so operations teams, vehicles, and riders stay connected in real time — not just planned on a desktop dashboard.
The system is already used in live transport operations, and this launch is our step toward making it available globally.
