Rust Adventure is an ever-growing collection of courses designed to help you put Rust into production through real-world projects. The workshops are designed for people who currently write languages like JavaScript, Python, or Elixir.
Hey y'all.
I've been working with Rust for the past few years and the one thing that I really wanted when I started was educational resources that didn't require me to learn C to understand what they were saying. Something that would help your average JavaScript developer make use of Rust.
So, a few years later, I now write quite a bit of Rust and I decided to make that dream a reality with Rust Adventure.
Rust Adventure is a long-term effort for me. I've been doing user research and developing workshops full time, funded by Rust Adventure early adopters who I cannot thank enough for their support.
This release makes Rust Adventure more accessible to more people by switching to a subscription model and I mean to use that ongoing support to accelerate the development of the many workshops I have in the backlog. In addition to continuing the command line, serverless, and game development workshop streams currently available, I'll soon be adding streams for desktop applications, powering JavaScript with Rust, and more.
I hope to see you around the Rust Adventure Discord, and I'm happy to answer any questions about Rust, Rust Adventure, or anything else you may know me from.
