Tools like FBTool/AFPMonster rely mostly on keyword-based rules (e.g., hide if “refund” appears). RYPL uses a full AI model that reads the entire comment + post context (on Pro Plan), so it can tell the difference between:
“refund?” (neutral question) vs. “this is a scam, don’t buy” (toxic)
“not bad at all!” (positive) vs. “not good” (negative)
No blunt over-hiding. We don’t nuke whole threads and keep positive/social-proof comments visible (they lift conversions) and hide only real spam or toxicity.
Decisions aren’t just keywords. We use sentiment + intent + post context.
Human-like auto-replies. Beyond moderation, RYPL answers questions (shipping, price, variants etc.) in your brand tone, not just hide or ban.

@vladislav_goenko1 Thanks! Great question — right now RYPL doesn’t “train itself” on past replies (no model fine-tuning yet). It works contextually — meaning it reads the conversation history with each user and the post context before replying. That helps it stay consistent, relevant, and sound more “human.”
