Hey Product Hunt.
I'm Moe. Before this I ran Ottawa General Contractors for twelve years. $25M residential design and build. HVAC, plumbing, framing, roofs. It's where I learned how sales actually works in the trades.
The problem was never lead flow or pricing. It was coaching.
My sales manager spent his week trying to ride along on enough visits to actually coach the team. Fifty visits a week per rep. He'd make it to two. The other 96% ran unsupervised.
That gap decided who hit quota. Our top comfort advisor closed at 45%. Our ramping second-year at 22%. Neither of them was smarter than the other. One had just been coached more.
So we built SalesAsk to close that gap. Your rep records every in-home visit on their phone. CoachDean (our AI) scores the conversation against your sales process and writes a three-sentence coaching note straight to the rep before their next call.
No dashboard for your manager to open. Coaching that reaches the rep in the field.
The product changed a lot while we were building it. First version tried to coach the manager. Failed. Managers don't have time. Rebuilt to coach the rep directly. That worked. We're at 1,000+ home services teams now, and just became a Nexstar Network Strategic Partner last month.
A few things for the PH community:
Would love feedback on the CoachDean interface.
Special for this week: waived setup fees and a 90-day dedicated CSM for anyone who books a demo through the launch.
Ask me anything. Product, pricing, or war stories from running $25M in the trades.
Thanks for reading.
