I built this because I used to manage STRs and building reports was a stopper to grow our portfolio. I tried macros and python scripts, but my clients wanted to have real time access to their property performance. Also, accounting was a head ache and a big chunk of our monthly expenses, therefore I figured out a way to simplify tasks associated to financial report building and accounting reports. I included other features such as petty cash management, reports to track reimbursements and charts to easily visualize the performance of the properties.
