SandCrab is an AWS S3 GUI for MacOS. You can use it to manage and explore all of your AWS S3 buckets. You can use SandCrab to upload, download, copy, move and delete files in your buckets using a friendly drag-and-drop interface.
Hi everyone 👋
Excited to share my new project SandCrab today.
I created SandCrab as an experimental tool to try to simplify and automate some of the different ways I use Amazon S3. The app provides a desktop UI and drag and drop interface that you can use to explore and manage all of your s3 buckets.
You can use SandCrab to upload and download files, create new buckets, and copy and move objects around within or between buckets.
The app also makes it easy to save multiple profiles for different AWS accounts and switch between them. AWS credentials are stored in your keychain and are only used locally to communicate with AWS.

I’ll upvote anything that improves the AWS UI experience! 😅 One feature I’d love to see is a preview functionality (instead of downloading) and improved permissions management.
haha thanks @pablo_velez. Definitely, still more work to be done, currently working on a proof of concept for previews along with some other features that will be in the next release. Appreciate the feedback!
Great job on launching SandCrab, the AWS S3 GUI for MacOS! It's awesome to see a tool that makes managing Amazon S3 buckets so much easier. I love the idea of a simple drag-and-drop interface for uploading, downloading, copying, moving, and deleting files. What's the most useful feature you're most proud of in SandCrab?
Cheers to your team for bringing this handy tool to life!
