The technique is simple. 1) Find a clean, quiet space to practice. 2) Get warm and comfortable. 3) Lie down in a posture of relaxation, keeping the spine straight. 4) Press play, listen to the instructions, and let go.
Our expert instructors and narrators do all the work for you, so you just need to find the time and space to practice, and then press play and listen.
