We built Screenwell because the first round of hiring is where everything slows down. Applicants wait days for a screening call, recruiters repeat the same questions all day, and good people get hired somewhere else in the meantime.
Screenwell hands that first round to Luna, an AI interviewer:
- She joins your Google Meet or Teams call, or interviews a candidate the moment they apply through a link in your job ad.
- She pitches your company, answers the candidate's questions, asks follow-ups and can run a practical task.
- You get a scorecard for every candidate, with each score linked to the quote it's based on and the recording.
A few things we cared about while building it:
